Running Update
Not sure if I shared, but last Wednesday I went to pick up my orthotics. I had been doing really well with the gel heel cushions I bought about a week and a half ago. I began breaking them in by wearing sneakers to work. That way, I could walk around and get used to them. My right foot adjusted right away and the next day I tried for a run. It was a complete change. It was so nice to be running outside again - or should I say just running in general. I could have run for hours... if I knew I could. I worked in an easy 4.5 miles and returned home feeling great. Since then, I've been watching my mileage build. Slowly but surely. Things are starting to look up!

Great news!
By the way, when you say "an easy 4.5 miles" do you ever think back to the days when that was a long run and just laugh thinking how far you've come?
