Merry Christmas everyone! I realize I am a day late, however this year my Christmas was spent over 3 days. It was different. Now that my sister is married to a guy from Pittsburgh, she had to spend one holiday with his family. My brother, Paul, and the kids came yesterday. My grandmother joined us for dinner. My sister, Susan, and her husband are on their way home today. Tonight we will be having the big Christmas dinner with the entire family. Scott and I are making stuffing and mashed sweet potato casserole, with caramelized banana's on top. I have already planned out my entire dinner so I know how much room I will have for dessert. Oh, I even lost a pound this week - I weighed in this morning. I was thrilled with that. (My mom makes amazing chocolate chip cookies that are HARD to resist!)
I've been able to go out for a nice easy jog the last three days, for as long as I wanted. All 3 days I've done about 4.5 miles, in record time and I'm not even trying to be fast! Abby has been running with me and she is quickly learning the hands-free leash system. She now knows if she wants to move to the other side of me, she has to go around the back - or else she'll take me down! I think she's helped increase my speed. Today we ran 10:57/min miles. I haven't done that in awhile.
I hope everyone was treated to the best yesterday - I can't believe 2009 is so close!

Merry Christmas Ann Marie. Have a great dinner. And good job on that pound lost.
Glad you had a great running Christmas!
I think we get in around 11 or noonish. Did you want to meet up Thursday or Friday at the expo? Either will work for us.
You can email me at kim.greer@yahoo.com. We can get something figured out.
