I sat through the meeting and I felt like I was a new person. I love the new program! I've started seriously counting points again and am back down to 138! Hooray! I even managed to curb my binge eating after my 14 mile run Saturday. The focus of the new program is on more "filling foods" and that's what I did. I needed a snack after my run, so I took a wheat english muffin and made an eggbeater "McMuffin" It was low in points and great tasting! It even helped hold me over until closer to dinner time. It's nice to feel back on track again and in control of myself. Especially since my serious weaknesses will be showing up soon - turkey, mashed potatoes, cookies and cake. Oh, and I can't forget pie!

Renewing my WW vows
Yup. It's true. I've started going back to WW meetings. Last week was my first night back in 2 years. Not because of my recent weight issues, but because they've introduced a new program! I weighed in and having someone else track my weight actually made me feel responsible. I knew I had to get my ass back in gear.

It's me again...we're staying at Pop Century I think. We'll get in Thursday so we could meet up Thursday or Friday.
Way to get back on WW. I know so many people that have been successful on that. You'll do great staying on track.
